Training and development 

Woodcraft are committed to providing ongoing training and development for all our staff to improve both levels of skill and qualifications as well as creating career progression within the company. As we operate throughout the UK all our employees must be prepared to spend periods working away from home and are expected to work out-of-hours wherever certain projects require this.
